SalesCopilot runs on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automated failover, regular backups, and geographic redundancy.
Data Encryption
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). API keys and credentials are stored in encrypted vaults.
Compliance
SalesCopilot is SOC 2 Type II compliant with annual audits. We also comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.
Access Controls
Role-based access controls, multi-factor authentication, SSO/SAML support (Business and Enterprise plans), and audit logging for all admin actions.
Vulnerability Management
We conduct regular penetration testing, maintain a bug bounty program, and apply security patches within 24 hours of disclosure.
